First of all remove un-necessary apps from you phone to get some space. Then install "File Manager (Explorer)" app from this website. After that you will be able to manage your apps easily. Below is File Manager (Explorer) app link.

I am facing a problem in my z3 qmobile. I have 9.8 gb free but still i can’t download any app from the playstore. And theres insufficient space in the internal storage. And theres no option to move the apps from internal to phone storage. What to do?
