The main hero makes his way through randomly generated levels, bypassing traps and destroying enemies with a bow. After passing each zone there is an opportunity to improve skills or equipment. Death in the game is permanent, and with each death of a character, game progress is completely lost.
The character must constantly change his trajectory avoiding enemies and obstacles. At the moment when the movement stops, he starts shooting from his bow in the direction of the last step. By obtaining improvements, it is possible to strengthen the armor and the speed of shooting. After passing the bosses, new types of arrows are unlocked, adding new mechanics to the game. For example, explosive arrows can destroy obstacles, and ricochet shots can consistently hit multiple enemies.
