Unlike most similar games, the player's task is to find a weapon and kill the chasing monster. The search for weapons is quite long and while there are none, you have to hide and run away. The action takes place in a strange house located in a forest area on the outskirts of town.
During the game you can unlock the secrets of Siren Head by collecting various items and scraps of information. The game is played in first person. The atmosphere is more mystical than terrifying - the developers tried to limit the game to a minimum of blood and meat.
